Tape 670 resists shrinkage and performs at high temperatures up to 177¢XC (350¢XF).

The backing does not have good moisture resistance, but does provide an excellent maskant against high penetrating solvents such as ketones, thin lacquers etc.

It is also used as a masking/protective tape for canopy, windshields, plastic windows, cementing applications and it provides excellent protection for the polished plastics and clean removal.
