Disposable overalls developed for comfort & protection

Kleenguard Overalls are manufactured using SMS Fabric for improved comfort and productivity.

The multi-layered fabric permits air to pass through and circulate inside the garment.

This increases the body's ability to cool down through the evaporation of perspiration.

Other features designed for comfort & protection include -

- Generous Sizing and Superior Cut.
The T style design gives the user ample manoeuvrability increasing comfort and reducing the risk of tears or split seams, thereby prolonging the life of the garments.

- Elasticised Wrist and Ankles.
For a more comfortable fit providing improved protection against liquid or particle contamination.

- Elasticised Waist.

- Anti-Static Properties.
For improved safety, Kleenguard Overalls have been treated with an anti-static agent which meets the requirement of BS5451/BS6467/AS1021 requiring charge decay times of less than 0.5 seconds and/or surface resistivity of less than 10(11) ohms/sq.in.

- Full Length Body Zipper.
A covered zipper flap provides extra protection from potential liquid or particulate contamination.

- Strong Seams.
Three thread overlock and internal stitching provides increased strength and durability.

- Low Fire Hazard.
Kleenguard Protection overalls can be classified as Category 1, Low Fire Hazard according to AS1249-1990. However ignition and melting will occur at temperature over 150 C(300F) and may cause severe burns. When tested to AS27755.2-1985, the fabric used in Kleenguard overalls failed to ignite.

- Two Outer Layers of spunbound polypropylene provide strength, durability and abrasion resistance.
- The middle layer is an intricate web of microfibres that filters out many water-based liquids and dry particulates.
- Bonded together, the result is a tough cloth like fabric providing a high degree of protection with breathable comfort.
